Star Wars: The Force Awakens has scored tip honours during a Empire Film Awards, holding Best Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Best Director for JJ Abrams, Best Male and Female newcomers for John Boyega and Daisy Ridley respectively, as good as Best Visual Effects
